The mobile app for the Helpdesk portal is called 'Freshservice'.
If it is not already installed on your phone, you can find it within the iOS store or Google Playstore.

You will be prompted to enter a URL.
Enter fishergerman.freshservice.com

You will get this prompt - Please select continue

Select ''Sign in with SSO''

The portal will be similar to the desktop version.

Within the Mobile App, you will have the capability to submit requests, access the service catalogue to view and initiate requests, monitor ongoing requests, and more.
