Welcome to the ESM/IT Helpdesk Portal
This is your central hub for support across Fisher German. Through the portal, you can:
Raise incidents or general enquiries for IT, HR, Finance, Facilities, and other workspaces
Access and request items via our Service Catalogue
Explore self-service resources and guides
Track the status of your current and closed tickets

Or you can access it via Fishnet by selecting IT Helpdesk

Please click the Login button located at the top right of the landing page.

Please select the "Sign in with SSO" option.

Once signed in, you will see the landing page. This page allows access to knowledge articles, raise requests for IT, Finance, HR, GIS, and more. You can also access the service catalogue and track current and past requests via this portal.
