How to Set Up Call Forwarding on Samsung Devices

Call forwarding allows you to redirect incoming calls to another number, which can be helpful when you're unavailable or want to manage your calls more effectively. This guide explains how to set up call forwarding on your Samsung device.

Launch the Phone app by tapping on its icon from your home screen.

Tap the three dots (menu icon) in the top-right corner of the screen

From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

Scroll down and find the Supplementary Services option.

Tap on Supplementary Services.

In the Supplementary Services menu, tap on Call Forwarding.

You will see various call forwarding options such as Forward When Busy, Forward When Unanswered, or Forward When Unreachable.

Select the option that best fits your needs.

Enter the phone number to which you want your calls to be forwarded.

Once you have entered the number, tap the Enable button to activate call forwarding.
