Clearooms: Desk Booking
Desk Booking
The Clearooms Desk Booking application is installed on your work mobile device or accessible through FishNet.
If you don’t have an FG mobile phone, you can download the Clearooms Desk Booking app to your own mobile phone or
Visit the Clearooms website via the web on your laptop.
1) Open the Clearooms app on your device

2) The app will prompt you to login. Tap Login and then Use your Fisher German email address to do so. If you are prompted to enter your FG details via a Windows login, please do so. This will be your email address and network password (the one you use to log in to your laptop or desktop).

Once logged in, you will be shown a room plan of your default office.

Across the bottom of the screen, there are three tabs:
• Offices
• My Bookings
• Profile
Offices
The "Offices" tab (also the first page you see when you are logged in) allows you to view a list of offices you have been assigned to and can therefore make desk bookings in (we will cover this later in this guide). You can select a default office from within the profile screen.
My Bookings
This tab shows a list of your past and upcoming bookings, as well as the ability to check in to the office on arrival.

Profile
The "Profile" tab allows you to set your default office, customise the colour scheme within the app and log out of the app.

Booking a desk
Click the "Offices" tab.
1) At the top of the page, select the office you wish to book a desk in from the dropdown.
2) Tap the date picker to select the date you wish to book.
In the central part of the screen, you can use the Office diagram to see which desks are available.
As a default:
Green – Available
Red – Booked by another user
Blue – Booked by yourself
3) Tap on a green dot to open the information for this desk. This will be displayed at the bottom of your devices screen. Simply tap "Book" to view the details of the booking.

4) In the next screen, tap "Done" to confirm the booking.

Once completed, the dot will turn blue (or whichever default you have set) to show that your desk is now booked for that day.
You will also be able to view your bookings in the "My Bookings" tab

Managing bookings
Managing bookings is done through the "My Bookings" tab.
Access any of your upcoming bookings by tapping on them – this will open the details of the booking.
Tapping "Cancel Booking" will prompt the app to check if you wish to cancel. Should you choose to do so, the booking will be removed and the floorplan will be updated to replicate this.
